14-day cancellation period
For the £29 Office Politics Playbook, contact hello@weareuplift.club within 14 days of your purchase if you wish to cancel. We are not relying on a digital-content cancellation waiver in the current checkout. Valid cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method according to law. Access may be disabled following a refund.
After 14 days
Your mandatory statutory rights remain protected. If materials are faulty, materially different from what was described or unavailable, contact support and we will provide a remedy where required by law.
If there is a problem
If your files are faulty, inaccessible, not supplied or materially different from what was promised, please email hello@theofficepolitics.com. We will assess and provide any remedy to which you are entitled under applicable law, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where applicable. Nothing here restricts those rights.
How to contact us
Email your payment email address, order reference (if available), purchase date and a description of the problem. Please do not email card details. If you are legally entitled to a refund, we will process it without undue delay and in accordance with the applicable statutory time limits and payment-method rules.
Cancellation requests where the right still applies
To exercise an existing statutory cancellation right, send a clear statement to hello@theofficepolitics.com identifying your purchase and saying you wish to cancel. No special wording is required. You may use the optional model form: “I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the following digital content: [product]; ordered on [date]; name; email; date.”
